ご予約ありがとうございます。
当店は完全予約制となっておりますので、変更やキャンセルの際はできるだけお早目にご連絡くださいますようお願い致します。
弊サロンキャンセルポリシーに基づき、キャンセル料が発生いたしますので必ずご確認下さい。

遅刻

ご来店がご予約時間より遅れた場合、デザインのご希望に添えない可能性があります。ご案内できるメニューが少なくなった場合でも、ご予約のメニューの料金を申し受けます。20分以上遅れた場合は、自動的に無連絡キャンセルとなりますのでご了承ください。

キャンセル

ご予約の変更またはキャンセルは、48時間前まで無料で承ります。
ご予約日時より48時間以内の変更またはキャンセルは、施術料金の50%をキャンセル料として頂戴いたします。
ご予約日時より24時間以内の変更またはキャンセル、無連絡キャンセルは、施術料金の100%をキャンセル料として頂戴いたします。

Thank you for making an appointment!
All services/classes are “by appointment only”, therefore, last minute cancellations can have a great impact to keeping business. 
This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.
In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others with appointments following yours. Depending on how late you arrive, your nail artist will assess whether there is enough time to begin your session. Regardless of the length of the service provided, you will be responsible for the cost of the full appointment. Please note that if you are more than 20 minutes late, it will automatically be considered a no-show cancellation.

Cancellation

You may change or cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment.

Any changes or cancellations made within 48 hours of the original reservation will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the original reservation cost.

Any changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of the original reservation or no-show cancellations, will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the original reservation cost.
