【遅刻・キャンセルポリシー】

ご予約ありがとうございます。
当店は完全予約制となっておりますので、変更やキャンセルの際はできるだけお早目にご連絡くださいますようお願い致します。
弊サロンキャンセルポリシーに基づき、キャンセル料が発生いたしますので必ずご確認下さい。

遅刻

・ご予約時間に遅れてご来店された場合、施術内容を制限させていただくことがあります。その場合でも、ご予約メニューの料金を頂戴いたします。
・２０分以上の遅刻は無連絡キャンセル扱いとなります。

キャンセル

・ご予約の変更・キャンセルは、４８時間前まで無料です。
・ご予約日時より４８時間以内の変更・キャンセルは、施術料金の５０%をキャンセル料として頂戴いたします。
・ご予約日時より２４時間以内の変更・キャンセル、または無連絡キャンセルは、施術料金の１００%を頂戴いたします。

All services and classes are by appointment only. Last-minute cancellations significantly impact our ability to accommodate other clients. To ensure fairness and smooth scheduling for everyone, we kindly ask you to review the following policy. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

Late Arrivals

• If you arrive late, the available services may be limited. In such cases, the full price of the original booking will still apply.
• Arrivals more than 20 minutes late will be treated as a no-show cancellation.

Cancellation

• Changes or cancellations are free up to 48 hours before your appointment.

• Changes or cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• Changes or cancellations made within 24 hours, or no-shows, will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
